SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Koziao, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

A. Delivery Timeframe

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  Note: We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing window. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

• Shipping Time: 7–20 business days (depending on your location and selected shipping method).

B. Shipping Methods & Costs

We proudly offer Global Shipping to most international destinations. Please refer to the table below for shipping methods, estimated times, and costs:

C. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

You can track your package securely through our official website or via the carrier's portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

D. Crucial Notes & Exceptions

• Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday or the holiday season). We appreciate your patience during these times.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses at checkout. Koziao is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by your country's customs department. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
